Offering this book in spiral binding was brilliant - well worth the extra couple of dollars! Incredibly helpful tool to have for a watercolor artist. Beautiful book, I love it
This is a beautiful book and I look forward to following the tutorials within it! I’m a mediocre digital artist, but I much prefer watercolour, but I’m terrible at it so far (we all start somewhere, though!). I’m eager to see how much my skill will improve with the this of this book.
I also *really* appreciate the spiral-bound backing; much, much easier to set down and work on something while being able to look over at it without having to set everything down to open it back up. I have three other watercolour books I look forward to learning from, but being paperback, they don’t lie flat, making it a challenge to keep open to follow alongside.
I’m very happy with my purchase, and the book itself is beautiful and the pages are nice to the touch and feel like quality pages so they will hold up with lots of thumbing through!
I’m only through the first few sections but already living this book. Everything is straightforward and conversational, and I’m already seeing improvements in my watercolor technique. Would definitely recommend!
